个性化护理应用于牙体牙髓疾病老年患者临床中的效果观察(1)
[摘要] 目的 觀察个性化护理应用于牙体牙髓疾病老年患者临床护理工作中的效果。 方法 本院于2016年1～6月间开展本次观察研究，选取将这一时间段内护理的82例老年牙体牙髓患者随机均分为对照组与护理组，对照组采取常规护理，护理组给予个性化护理，比较两组患者对治疗的配合率、心理状态、镇痛时间及对护理的满意度，治疗后3个月回访评估患者生活质量。 结果 护理组患者MDAS评分及镇痛时间均显著优于对照组(P<0.01)；护理组患者治疗配合率为95.12%，对照组患者治疗配合率为75.61%，护理组患者配合率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理组非常满意率为70.73%，总满意率为92.68%；对照组非常满意率为34.15%，总满意率为70.73%；护理组护理满意度显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。护理组生活质量各量表评估结果均显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。 结论 个性化护理应用于牙体牙髓疾病老年患者的临床护理中，能够有效缓解患者心理压力，提高患者治疗中的配合度，促进患者治疗后恢复改善预后生活质量，因此可于老年牙体牙髓患者的临床护理中普及推广。

Results The MDAS score and duration of analgesia in the nursing group were significantly better than those of control group (P<0.01).The patients’ treatment acceptance rate in the control group was 75.61%，while the rate in the nursing group was 95.12%，which was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the nursing group was 70.73%，and the total satisfaction rate was 92.68%.The satisfaction rate of the control group was about 34.15%，and the total satisfaction rate was 70.73%.The nursing satisfaction of the nursing group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.01).The quality of life scale of the nursing group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).
