[摘要] 目的 观察个性化健康教育护理对肋骨骨折术后患者生活质量的影响。 方法 收集我院住院治疗的肋骨骨折术患者68例，按照数字法随机分两组，对照组34例患者，给予常规健康教育，观察组34例患者，给予个性化健康教育护理，于术前1d、术后1周、术后3个月、术后6个月及术后1年应用世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)对两组患者生活质量进行评分并进行对比分析。 结果 观察组患者术后1周、术后3个月、术后6个月及术后1年WHOQOL-BREF评分明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 对于肋骨骨折术患者实施个性化健康教育护理能明显提高患者生活质量。

    [Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of individualized health education and nursing on the postoperative life quality of patients with rib fracture.
