[摘要] 目的 探讨影响大骨瓣减压术治疗重型颅脑损伤预后的的相关因素。 方法 选择我院救良治的颅脑损伤大骨瓣减压术患者73例的临床资料进行回顾性分析，根据患者预后分为预后良好组和预后不良两组，分析影响患者预后的相关因素。 结果 多因素分析结果显示受伤至手术时间、GCS 6～8分、GCS 3～5分、瞳孔异常、术前中线移位、术前基地池形态、术前血糖是影响颅脑损伤患者大骨瓣减压术后预后的相关因素(P<0.01)。 结论 影响大骨瓣减压术重型颅脑损伤患者预后的因素主要有受伤至手术时间、GCS 6～8分、GCS 3～5分、瞳孔、术前中线移位、术前基地池形态、术前血糖。
