     [摘要]目的 探讨DNA倍体分析与常规细胞学诊断对宫颈上皮内瘤变的诊断价值。 方法 选择患者2493例，所有患者均实施常规细胞学检测及DNA倍体分析技术，其中38例可疑阳性者，均实施病理组织活检，比较两组灵敏度及特异度。结果 常规宫颈细胞学检测灵敏度为16.7%，特异度为70.6%，DNA倍体技术灵敏度为83.3%，特异度为88.2%，DNA倍体技术其灵敏度显著高于常规细胞学检查(P<0.05)。 结论 细胞DNA倍体分析不仅能用于诊断CIN病变，相对于常规细胞学检测具有更高的灵敏度。
