[摘要] 时间管理具有促进员工有效利用工作时间、提高工作效率、激发员工事业心的作用，对社区护士合理安排自己的工作具有十分重要的意义。本资料分析了社区护士在时间管理方面存在的问题和原因，结合社区护理工作的实际情况，探索提高社区护士时间管理水平的对策，旨在为提高社区护士的工作质量和工作效率提供参考。
