[摘要] 目的 探讨对感音神经性耳聋的有效治疗方法，为临床治疗提供有效的手段。 方法 针对不同致聋原因、不同的病情和患者的康复要求，分别采用药物治疗，助听器和耳蜗植入器治疗。 结果 本组患者经过药物治疗，助听器和耳蜗植入器治疗后，均获得了患者满意的听力效果，无并发症发生。 结论 根据病情选择不同的治疗方法，可以有效的治疗感音神经性耳聋。

    Treatment of 87 patients with neurosensory deafness

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effective treatment methods of neurosensory deafness. Methods For different deaf reason, different condition and rehabilitation of the patients were used to the medication,hearing aids and cochlear implant treatment. Results After the therapy of drug or hearing aid or cochlear implants,all patients got satisfactory hearing effect,no complications happened. Conclusion It may cure availably neurosensory deafness though using different treatment methods by condition.
