[摘要] 目的 探讨42例消化内科急性腹痛患者误诊的原因。 方法 选取42例消化内科急性腹痛患者，通过详细的检查后，检查误诊的原因，并且进行原因分析。 结果 因医生经验和知识不足，病史收集困难，疾病临床症状体征相似等，导致误诊。 结论 通过加强医生的知识，重视体格检查，掌握沟通技巧，全面把握患者心理等方面可以减少误诊的几率。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the cause of 42 cases acute abdominal pain misdiagnosed. Methods Selected 42 cases acute abdominal pain from gastrointestinal department, after detailed examination, analyzed the cause of misdiagnose. Results Doctors lacked experience and knowledge ,it was difficulty in collecting history data, disease symptoms similar, and so on, all lead to misdiagnosis.
