[摘要] 目的 探讨胸外侧小切口开胸术的手术方法及临床应用价值。 方法 回顾性分析行胸外侧小切口开胸术的53例患者诊治资料。 结果 53例患者无术中并发症，术后无肺部感染。围术期各项指标均较为理想。 结论 胸外侧小切口开胸术应用范围较广，操作简单，创伤小，并发症少，具有术后恢复快，切口美观等优点，值得临床推广。
