小儿阑尾炎诊治分析

[摘要] 目的 总结小儿阑尾炎的外科治疗经验，提高诊治水平。方法 对笔者所在医院收治的48例小儿阑尾炎患儿进行回顾性分析。 结果 术前腹腔B超检查者36例，确诊为阑尾炎6例，诊断符合率为16.7%。术前腹透9例，腹平片9例，诊断肠梗阻8例，未见异常10例。 结论 诊断小儿阑尾炎不能过于依赖实验室检查及影像学检查，主要根据病史、详细的体格检查结合血常规、B超、X线检查等综合判断才能做出正确诊断，并应即时采取手术治疗。
