【摘要】 目的：探讨主动脉球囊反搏(intra-aortic balloon pumps， IABP)引起血小板减少的机制。方法：针对急性心肌梗死(acute myocardia infarction，AMI)行急诊PCI(percutaneous coronary intervention)术前或术中放置IABP的患者作为研究对象，分别在IABP置入前、IABP置入后不同时间采集静脉血，检测血小板计数及血栓弹力图中血小板功能，分析血小板数量与功能变化。结果：IABP置入后血小板数量减少，置入48 h时最低，与置入前相比，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);IABP置入后，MA呈升高趋势，R时间呈下降趋势。结论：IABP引起血小板减少的机制并非仅是血小板机械破坏，还因存在血小板功能增强，活化消耗所致。
