【摘要】 目的：探讨思维导图在消毒供应中心护生教学上的应用效果。方法：将2017年9月-2018年2月的120名护生设为对照组，将2018年5-10月的120名护生设为试验组。对照组护生采取传统的教学方法，试验组护生则采用思维导图的方式。比较两组护生理论及技能考核成绩、教学满意度评分。结果：试验组护生理论与技能考核成绩、教学满意度评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在消毒供应中心教学上应用思维导图，能提高教学质量，提高护生的学习效果，并得到护生的欢迎和认可。
