【摘要】 目的：探讨中西医结合护理对胸腰椎骨折术后患者胃肠道的影响。方法：将笔者所在医院2017年1-12月收诊的45例胸腰椎骨折患者作为对照组，将笔者所在医院2018年1-12月收诊的45例胸腰椎骨折患者作为研究组。对照组实施传统护理模式，研究组在对照组基础上实施中西医结合护理模式。比较两组患者胃肠道改善情况、护理满意度、腹胀及便秘发生率。结果：研究组首次排便时间早于对照组，肠鸣音频率多于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组腹胀及便秘发生率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理总满意度较对照组高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：胸腰椎骨折患者实施中西医结合护理，能改善术后胃肠道蠕动，且能减少便秘和腹胀的发生，可提高护理满意度。
