克霉唑阴道片阴道给药治疗复发性外阴阴道念珠菌病的可行性(1)
【摘要】 目的：探讨克霉唑阴道片用于治疗复发性外阴阴道念珠菌病(RVVC)的可行性。方法：选取中国人民解放军第九五医院2016年6月-2017年6月收治的82例RVVC患者作为本次研究对象，按照奇偶法分为两组，每组41例，甲组采用制霉菌素栓剂阴道给药治疗，乙组采用阴道予以克霉唑阴道片治疗。观察比较两组疗效、不良反应发生率，以及治疗前、治疗1、2、3个月的复发率。结果：乙组显效率和总有效率高于甲组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乙组治疗后1、2、3个月复发率均低于甲组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乙組治疗不良反应发生率低于甲组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：阴道予以克霉唑阴道片治疗RVVC可以显著改善临床治疗效果，降低复发率，且安全性较高，值得推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the feasibility of Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets in the treatment of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis(RVVC).Method：Eighty-two RVVC patients admitted to the Ninth Fifth Hospital of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the study subjects.According to parity method，they were divided into two groups，41 cases in each group.Group A was treated with Nystatin Suppository vaginally，and group B was treated with Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets vaginally.The curative effect，the incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate before treatment，1，2 and 3 months after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Result：The marked and total effective rates of group B were higher than those of group A，with statistical differences(P<0.05)，the recurrence rates of group B were lower than those of group A at 1，2 and 3 months after treatment(P<0.05)，and the adverse reactions of group B were lower than that of group A，with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion：Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets in the treatment of RVVC can significantly improve the clinical efficacy，reduce the recurrence rate，and have high safety，which is worthy of promotion and application.

外阴阴道念珠菌病(VVC)是临床上一种由白色念珠菌感染所致的常见妇科疾病[1]，尽管念珠菌性阴道炎治愈率高，但常反复发作，有20%～25%的患者有复发的可能性，其中2/3以上的复发者的菌株与以前相同[2]。复发性外阴阴道念珠菌病(RVVC)是指既往12个月内VVC发作3次或3次以上。制霉素栓剂是治疗RVVC的常见药，但存在治愈率低、复发率高、耐受性差等问题。本文主要探讨阴道予以克霉唑阴道片治疗RVVC的可行性。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
研究选取笔者所在医院2016年6月-2017年6月收治的82例RVVC患者作为本次研究对象。纳入标准：(1)经过真菌学检查发现病原菌是以白色念珠菌为主的酵母菌;(2)意识状态清晰。排除标准：(1)患有其他精神系统疾病类型;(2)合并其他系统的较为严重的疾病;(3)合并其他妇科疾病;(4)患者近1个月使用过抗真菌药;(5)合并免疫缺陷病、器官移植、恶性肿瘤。按照奇偶法分为甲组和乙组，每组41例。甲组年龄17～62岁，, 百拇医药(郑瑛瑛 温梅梅)
