路径式健康教育在显微镜下精索静脉曲张结扎术患者围手术期中的应用效果观察(1)
【摘要】 目的：觀察路径式健康教育在显微镜下精索静脉曲张结扎术患者围手术期中的效果。方法：选取2018年5-12月笔者所在医院收治的精索静脉曲张患者60例，按随机数字表法将其分为干预组、对照组，各30例。干预组和对照组均行显微镜下精索静脉曲张结扎术，对照组给予常规健康教育，干预组给予路径式健康教育。比较两组负性情绪、平均住院时间、平均住院费用、健康知识掌握情况及护理满意度。结果：干预前两组SAS、SDS评分比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后干预组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组平均住院时间、平均住院费用均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后干预组掌握健康知识程度、护理满意度均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：路径式健康教育可明显缓解显微镜下精索静脉曲张结扎术患者的焦虑及抑郁等不良情绪，缩短住院时间，减少住院费用，提高患者对健康知识的掌握度，提高患者对护理的满意度，值得在医疗工作中推广使用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the effect of path-based health education in the perioperative period of patients undergoing varicocele ligation under microscope.Method：Sixty patients with varicocele admitted in our hospital from May to December 2018 were selected.The patients were divided into intervention group and control group according to the random number table method，with 30 cases in each.The intervention group and the control group underwent microsurgical varicocele ligation.The control group received routine health education，and the intervention group gave path-based health education.Negative emotions，average length of hospital stay，average hospitalization costs，health knowledge and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result：There were no significant differences in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The SAS and SDS in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group after treatment，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention，the average hospitalization time and average hospitalization expenses in the intervention group were better than those in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment，the intervention group had higher health knowledge level and nursing satisfaction than the control group，and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion：Path-based health education can significantly alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients with varicocele ligation under microscope，shorten the length of hospital stay，reduce the cost of hospitalization，improve the patient's knowledge of health，and improve the patient’s satisfaction with nursing.It is worth promoting in medical work., 百拇医药(黄星青 林雪华 查仕方)
