46例慢性肾炎患者应用贝那普利联合百令胶囊治疗的效果观察(1)
【摘要】 目的：探讨慢性肾炎患者应用贝那普利联合百令胶囊治疗的效果。方法：筛选2018年1-12月于笔者所在医院就诊的92例慢性肾炎患者为研究对象，通过数字标注法进行分组，观察组(46例)应用贝那普利联合百令胶囊治疗，参照组(46例)单独应用贝那普利治疗，对比两组治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为95.65%，高于参照组的80.43%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后，观察组24 h尿蛋白定量显著低于参照组，内生肌酐清除率、肾小球滤过率均显著高于参照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和参照组的不良反应发生率分别为6.52%、4.35%，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：慢性肾炎患者应用贝那普利联合百令胶囊治疗效果显著，能更好地提高肾功能、促进病症恢复，不良反应较少，用药安全性高，值得大力推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of Benazepril combined with Corbrin Capsule in patients with chronic nephritis.Method：92 patients with chronic nephritis who were admitted to the hospital from January to December 2018 as subjects，grouped by digital annotation，and the observation group(46 cases) was treated with Benazepril combined with Corbrin Capsules and the control group(46 cases) was treated with Benazepril alone.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Result：The total effective rates of treatment in the observation group and the control group were 95.65% and 80.43% respectively，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment，24 hours urine protein quantitation in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group，and endogenous creatinine clearance and glomerular filtration rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rates of the observation group and the control group were 6.52% and 4.35% respectively，the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion：The application of Benazepril combined with Corbrin Capsule in patients with chronic nephritis is effective，which can improve renal function and promote the recovery of the disease.At the same time，it has fewer adverse reactions and higher safety，which is worthy of popularization and application.
