浓缩生长因子联合骨代用品在上颌前牙区拔牙位点保存中的临床应用(1)
【摘要】 目的：探究浓缩生长因子联合骨代用品在上颌前牙区拔牙位点保存中的效果，为临床提供指导。方法：以2015年1月10日-2016年12月20日在笔者所在医院行上颌前牙区拔牙48例患者作为观察对象并随机分组，每组24例。试验组患者应用浓缩生长因子联合骨代用品干预，对照组患者未实施干预，均随访6个月，研究对比两组患者拔牙位点唇、腭侧骨板高度和牙槽嵴宽度。结果：试验组患者术后6个月唇侧骨板高度(19.10±1.65)mm、腭侧骨板高度(17.65±2.14)mm、牙槽嵴宽度(7.10±0.90)mm，均优于对照组的(14.80±1.35)、(15.78±1.64)、(5.12±0.95)mm，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在上颌前牙区拔牙位点保存中应用浓缩生长因子联合骨代用品具有较好的效果，可有效维持唇、腭侧骨板高度和牙槽嵴宽度。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of Concentrated Growth Factor combined with bone substitute in the preservation of extraction sites in maxillary anterior teeth.Method：A total of 48 cases of extraction of maxillary anterior teeth in our hospital from January 10th，2015 to December 20th 2016 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into two groups，24 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with Concentrated Growth Factor and bone substitute，while the control group did not take intervention.All cases were followed up for 6 months.The height of extraction tooth labial，palatal bone plate and the width of alveolar ridge of the two groups were compared.Result：The height of labial bone plate with (19.10±1.65)mm，palatal bone plate height with (17.65±2.14)mm and alveolar ridge width with (7.10±0.90)mm were significantly better in the experimental group than (14.80±1.35)，(15.78±1.64)，(5.12±0.95)mm in the control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion：The application of Concentrated Growth Factor combined with bone substitute in the preservation of extraction sites of maxillary anterior teeth is effective in maintaining labial，palatal plate height and alveolar ridge width.

维持唇、腭侧骨板高度和牙槽嵴宽度对患牙种植修复工作的顺利开展具有十分积极的意义[1-3]。但文献[4-7]研究均证实，患者拔牙后，其唇、腭侧骨板高度和牙槽嵴宽度均会出现不同程度减少现象，尤其是拔牙3个月后，因此为保证后期种植修复工作的顺利开展，有必要对患牙采取相关的干预措施，以保持牙槽骨的高度和宽度。笔者所在医院对上颌前牙区拔牙患者实施浓缩生长因子联合骨代用品干预，以探究浓缩生长因子联合骨代用品的干预效果，现报道如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
以2015年1月10日-2016年12月20日笔者所在医院48例上颌前牙区拔牙患者为观察对象，纳入标准：(1)患者身体健康；(2)患者年龄>18岁；(3)患者拔牙位点至少存在2个及以上的骨壁；(4)邻牙牙周组织健康或伴有轻微牙周病；(5)患者临床信息齐全。排除标准：(1)吸烟患者；(2)合并嚴重脏器疾病及恶性肿瘤者；(3)认知异常、精神障碍患者；(4)依从性欠佳者。本次研究笔者所在医院医学伦理委员会批准且所有患者知情同意后开展。随机将48例患者分为试验组和对照组，试验组24例患者(26颗患牙)年龄23～52岁，平均(32.65±2.65)岁；男13例(54.17%)、女11例(45.83%)。对照组24例患者(27颗患牙)；年龄22～51岁，平均(32.59±2.70)岁；男12例(50.00%)、女12例(50.00%)。两组患者的一般资料比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)，有可比性。, 百拇医药(陈文飞 黎艳会)
