持续质量改进在门诊护理质量管理中的应用(1)
【摘要】 目的：探讨持续质量改进在门诊护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法：将2015年12月-2016年12月笔者所在医院1000例门诊患者随机分为对照组和研究组，对照组患者采用常规护理法，研究组患者采用持续质量改进护理，包括成立护理质量改进小组、了解患者的护理需求、加强护理人员的培训、查找护理问题原因、落实改进措施和加强团队合作这6大方面。随后比较两组患者的护理满意度。结果：对照组和研究组患者投诉率分别为2.2%、0.4%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；对照组和研究组患者非医疗时间分别为(33.8±7.9)、(22.4±6.8)min，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05 )；对照组和研究组患者满意率分别为46.6%和86.4%，后者显著高于前者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；总满意率分别为94.8%和99.6%，后者显著高于前者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：持续质量改进护理可以有效地发现并改进门诊护理过程中出现的问题，提高患者护理满意度，值得临床参考。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of continuous quality improvement in outpatient nursing quality management.Method：A total of 1000 outpatients were randomly divided into the control group and the study group from December 2015 to December 2016.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing and the patients in the study group were improved with continuous quality nursing，including nursing quality improvement，to understand the patient’s care needs，strengthen the training of nurses，find the reasons for nursing problems，the implementation of improvement measures and strengthen the team of these six aspects.Nursing satisfaction was compared between the two groups.Result：The complaint rate of the patients in the control group and the study group were 2.2% and 0.4%，respectively(P<0.05).The non-medical time of the control group and the study group were (33.8±7.9)min and (22.4±6.8)min(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate in the control group and the study group was 46.6% and 86.4%，respectively，which was significantly higher than that in the former(P<0.05)；the total satisfaction was 94.8% and 99.6%，respectively，the latter was significantly higher than the former，with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion：Continual quality improvement nursing can effectively find out and improve the problems in the outpatient nursing process，improve patient care satisfaction，and worthy of clinical reference.
