【摘要】 目的：观察改良下颌联冠斜面导板矫治器治疗替牙期个别前牙反的临床效果。方法：对60例替牙期个别前牙反患者采用改良下颌联冠斜面导板矫治器进行矫治，对矫治效果进行临床评价。结果：58例患者经过(2.0±0.5)个月的矫治，被矫治牙反解除，与下前牙建立了正常的覆、覆盖关系；2例患者治疗失败。结论：改良下颌联冠斜面导板矫治器解决了传统矫治器矫治过程中咀嚼效率低下、矫治力难以控制、调整加力不便等问题，矫治效果良好。
