藻酸盐敷料及糖类敷料在阑尾切除术后伤口感染治疗中的对比研究(2)
通過对两组患者分别应用藻酸盐及糖类敷料对伤口分别进行换药治疗。应用藻酸盐的患者伤口平均愈合时间,大于应用糖类敷料的患者。这说明糖类敷料对于阑尾术后感染伤口的治疗效果,要优于藻酸盐。这可能源于糖类敷料在满足湿性愈合理论的同时,兼顾有抗菌、抗炎、清理坏死组织、加快组织愈合等作用。而藻酸盐敷料仅有吸收渗出、隔绝伤口、止血作用。本次研究所采用的糖类敷料成本,远远低于藻酸盐敷料,所以糖类敷料既兼顾疗效,同时又降低了医疗成本的优势。
