【摘要】 目的：分析慢性硬膜下血肿误诊为硬膜外血肿的情况。方法：回顾性分析2010年5月-2014年5月笔者所在科收治的9例CT报告为硬膜外血肿但术后证实为慢些硬膜下血肿患者的临床表现、术中情况及影像学资料。早期2例患者仅根据CT表现行开颅骨瓣成形血肿清除术，术中发现为慢些硬膜下血肿。后期7例直接行钻孔引流术，术中证实硬膜下血肿诊断。结果：经随访1～3个月，9例患者均一次治愈。结论：诊断慢些硬膜下血肿不能仅凭CT影像，应结合临床，误诊后积极处理预后好。
