594例乙肝两对半及转氨酶检测结果分析(1)
【摘要】 目的：分析乙肝两对半与转氨酶(ALT)检测的结果，评价其检测价值，并制定有效的质控措施。方法：乙肝两对半采用雅培i2000化学发光法进行定量检测，转氨酶采用罗氏Cobas 8000全自动生化分析仪进行检测。结果：594例乙肝两对半与转氨酶检测人员中，HBV总感染人数286例，占48.15%，其中大三阳44例，占7.4%；小三阳10例，占1.68%；转氨酶增高总人数19例，占3.20%。感染者中转氨酶增高人数8例，占2.80%，非感染者中转氨酶增高人数11例，占3.57%。转氨酶增高人数，两对半阳性者及两对半阴性者的转氨酶阳性率基本一致(2.80%，3.57%)，未表现出乙肝感染人群比未感染人群转氨酶阳性率高的趋势。结论：乙肝两对半检测是治疗和诊断乙肝的参考标准和重要依据，临床检验过程中加强对检验人员的统一管理，增强质量意识，严格按操作规程进行，要本着认真、严谨、负责的态度进行操作，确保检测结果的真实准确。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the test results of second liver two half-and-half and transaminase(ALT)，evaluate its detection value，and make effective quality control measures.Method：Second liver two half-and-half was quantitatively detected by abbott laboratories i2000 chemiluminescence method，transaminase used roche Cobas 8000 automatic biochemical analyzer for testing.Result：594 cases with second liver two half-and-half and transaminase testing personnel，a total of 286 cases of infection with HBV，accounted for 48.15%，included HHA 44 cases(7.4%)，small three this world 10 cases(1.68%).Transaminase heighten had 19 cases(3.20%).Infection of transaminase heighten had 8 cases(2.80%)，the number of transaminase heighten in non-infections had 11 cases(3.57%).Transaminase heighten，transaminase positive rate of two half-and-half positie and two half-and-half negatie were basically same(2.80%，3.57%)，showed no trend that second liver infected people was higher than uninfected people transaminase positive.Conclusion：Second liver two half-and-half detect is important basis and the reference standard in the diagnosis of hepatitis b and clinical inspection process to strengthen the unified management of inspection personnel，strengthen quality awareness，in strict accordance with the operating rules，to be in earnest，rigorous and responsible attitude，to ensure the truthful and accurate test results.

我国是乙型肝炎病毒感染高发区[1]。病毒携带者约占总人口的10%左右，而乙肝的预防、诊断与疗效等方面很大程度都依赖乙肝两对半的检测。乙型肝炎病毒可在患者的血液、唾液、精液、阴道分泌物、羊水和乳汁中检测出来，所以认为密切生活接触和母婴传播都有可能是乙肝病毒重要的传播途径[2]。为更好地预防、诊断和治疗乙型病毒性肝炎，进一步提高检测结果的准确性，本文将2013年6月1日-12月31日来笔者所在医院消化科就诊的患者进行乙肝两对半及转氨酶检测，并对检测结果进行分析。现报告如下。, 百拇医药(国佳 贺岩 孙艳艳)
