【摘要】 目的：探讨开设《外科综合实训》课程对外科学教学质量的影响。方法：选取2011级临床医学专业学生，在外科学教学中通过高仿真模拟设备、SP系统应用、OSCE的推广等全方位临床技能教学改革，通过考核和调查问卷评估教学效果。结果：试验组教学改革后考试成绩明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：开设《外科综合实训》课程有利于调动学生学习的积极性，提高学生分析问题和解决问题的能力，值得推广。

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the effect to surgical teaching quality of opening surgical comprehensive training courses.Method：The 2011 grade students of clinical medicine were selected，comprehensive clinical skills teaching reform was implemented through the simulation equipment in surgery teaching，SP system application，the marketing of OSCE，the teaching effect was evaluated through the examination and questionnaire.Result：The scores of experimental group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion：Opening surgical comprehensive training courses can mobilize the enthusiasm of the students ......
