康复新液治疗手足口病208例临床观察

【摘要】 目的：观察康复新液治疗208例小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法：将208例手足口病普通型患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各104例。两组患儿均在消毒隔离，加强护理，予以抗病毒、支持等治疗，合并细菌性感染者予以抗生素治疗，对照组予以常规基础治疗，治疗组予以加用康复新液口服及外用，比较两组的疗效及临床症状改善情况。结果：治疗组总有效率为92.31%，对照组总有效率为81.73%，两组患儿在体温正常时间、口腔溃疡愈合时间及治愈时间有差异(P<0.05)。结论：康复新液治疗手足口病普通型有较好疗效。

【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the clinical effect of KangFuXin Ye in treating hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods：Two hundred and eight patients with hand-foot-mouth disease were divide into two groups，all which given oral therapy，the treatment group of patients with KangFuXin Ye.The clinical effect were oberved after the treatment.Results：The total efficiency of the treatment group was 92.31%，while the one of the control group was 81.73%，with the statiatically signficant difference.Conclusion：KangFuXin Ye has the curative clinical effect on treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease ......
