乳腺癌保乳手术切缘评估技术与方法

【摘要】 目的：探究乳腺癌患者行保乳手术切缘评判要点。方法：选取2009年6月-2011年6月笔者所在医院行保乳手术切缘阳性120例与切缘阴性的术后保乳成功者135例进行临床资料分析。结果：对患者保乳手术中切缘阳性结果有影响的患者临床资料为：肿瘤大小、广泛导管内癌、组织分型、同侧淋巴结转移、钙化范围，经统计分析，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：术中病理结果对切缘评估尤为重要，术前对患者钼靶检查、淋巴转移的监测可预防切缘阳性率。
