【摘要】目的探讨新生儿脐部包扎法与24 h脐部暴露法在预防新生儿脐部感染、脐出血方面的不同效果。方法采用随机方法在2010年1～12月份出生的新生儿中选取1000例采用脐部包扎法，作为对照组；另选取1000例采用24 h脐部暴露法，作为观察组。观察两组新生儿脐部出血(渗血)和感染情况。结果24 h脐部暴露法在降低新生儿脐部感染、脐出血、减少护理工作量等方面与脐部包扎法比较，差异有统计学意义(P<005)。结论24 h脐部暴露法在产科中应用安全有效，值得临床推广采用。
