扁桃体术后出血的相关因素分析与护理体会

【摘要】目的探讨总结扁桃体术后出血的相关因素及护理措施。方法回顾性分析31例扁桃体术后出血患者的临床资料，并与随机选取的32例同期行扁桃体切除术不合并术后出血患者进行对比。结果术后出血患者中成年、男性、应用非甾体抗炎药、合并基础疾病及采用局麻、剥离术的比例均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，提示术后出血与上述因素相关。结论针对扁桃体术后出血相关因素采取预防措施，可降低术后出血的发生率；对术后出血患者做好护理干预，促进术后出血患者的早日康复。

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo investigate the factors about bleeding after tonsillectomy and nursing measures.MethodsClinical data of 31 cases with postoperative bleeding and 32 cases without postoperative bleeding were retrospective analyzed.ResultsPostoperative bleeding in patients with adult men, the application of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, disease and the use of local anesthesia combined basis, the ratio of dissection were significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), prompt postoperative bleeding associated with these factors.ConclusionProtective measure factors for factors related bleeding after tonsillectomy can reduce the incidence of postoperative bleeding; And good nursing intervention on postoperative bleeding patients can promote the recovery of patients ......
