老年患者术后认知功能障碍的诊断与研究进展(2)
3展望
随着我国社会逐渐进入老龄化社会，七十岁以上的到医院做手术日益增多，随着POCD患者也日益增多，早期诊断是治疗POCD的关键，但是至今对POCD的诊断方法存在较大差异。各种生化标志物在POCD的诊断价值尚需确认，而各种评价工具都存在明显的优缺点，因此对POCD方面也需进一步深入研究。
