心理护理在慢性阻塞性肺病患者护理中疗效观察(1)

【摘要】目的分析探讨心理护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者护理中的临床疗效。方法收集2008年1月～2010年12月期间笔者所在医院入住的COPD患者共100例，按随机分为试验组和对照组，每组各50例，对照组给予常规护理，试验组在对照组常规护理的基础上加以心理护理，护理后对两组心理状况及疗效进行分析比较。结果试验组SDS、SAS评分较对照组显著降低，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；试验组在活动能力、日常生活、健康感觉及生活认识等方面均显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者护理中起到积极的作用，能显著改善患者心理状况，提高患者生活质量和治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。
