两款药动学软件处理二室模型血管外给药数据对比分析

【摘要】目的开发计算机和信息技术促进药动学发展，为临床新药研究、药物相互作用研究、治疗药物监测、药品不良反应监查、药物经济学研究等提供重要的理论数据。方法最小二乘法(线性回归)、残数法、最优初值法、同点重复法、Gauss-Newton、Levenberg-Marquardt法。结果通过PK-N1软件处理的数据精度明显高于3p97。结论PK-N1软件采取同点重复法是在分段计算中，段之间的交叉一点或书店重复使用，有效解决数据点不足而无法进行多室拟合的情况，使得药动学计算结果接近真实值，客观地描述了药物在体内的药动学过程。
