不同注射方法对罂粟碱联合冬眠1号治疗断肢再植术后患者的效果观察(1)
【摘要】 目的 觀察不同注射方法对罂粟碱联合冬眠1号治疗断肢再植术后患者的效果。方法 选取82例断肢再植术患者作为研究对象， 根据患者意愿分为对照组和观察组， 每组41例。两组患者均采用罂粟碱联合冬眠1号进行肌内注射， 对照组患者通过一个针眼注射2种药物， 而观察组患者通过两个针眼注射2种药物。对比分析两组患者注射部位受损程度、治疗效果及注射配合度。结果 治疗后， 观察组患者注射部位受损轻度23例(56.10%)， 中度15例(36.59%)， 重度3例(7.32%);对照组患者注射部位受损轻度7例(17.07%)， 中度21例(51.22%)， 重度13例(31.71%);观察组患者注射部位受损程度明显轻于对照组， 差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率为92.68%， 显著高于对照组的75.61%， 差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者注射配合度为95.12%， 显著高于对照组的80.49%， 差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 断肢再植术后好的治疗中联合使用罂粟碱和冬眠1号， 注射时最好采用2针2管， 即2个针眼分别推入2种药物的治疗方式， 这样能够有效减少对患者皮肤造成的损伤， 减轻患者注射治疗造成的痛苦， 并且能够提高短肢再植的成功率。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of different injection methods on papaverine combined with Dongmian No. 1 in the treatment of patients with replantation of severed limbs. Methods A total of 82 patients with replantation of severed limbs as study subjects were divided into control group and observation group according to wishes of patients， with 41 cases in each group. Both groups were given papaverine combined with Dongmian No. 1 for intramuscular injection. The control group was injected with two drugs through one needle， while the observation group was injected with two drugs through two needles. The degree of damage to the injection site， the treatment effect and the degree of injection cooperation between the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After treatment， 23 cases (56.10%) were mildly damaged at the injection site， 15 cases (36.59%) were moderately damaged， and 3 cases (7.32%) were severely damaged in the observation group; 7 cases (17.07%) were mildly damaged at the injection site， 21 cases (51.22%) were moderately damaged， and 13 cases (31.71%) were severely damaged in the control group. The degree of damage to the injection site of the observation group was obviously lighter than that in the control group， the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion After replantation of severed limbs， it is better to use two needles and two tubes for injection of papaverine and Dongmian No.1， that is， two kinds of drugs are pushed into two needles respectively， which can effectively reduce the damage to the skin of patients， reduce the pain caused by injection treatment， and improve the success rate of severed limbs replantation., http://www.100md.com(白秀军)
