于细胞外侧， 因为胶原肽酶的影响， 可以将N端以及C端前肽有效去除， 表现出三股螺旋结构原胶原的情况， 之后有效形成PCⅢ， 使得对应的生理作用得以充分发挥。

    本次研究表明， PCⅢ含量与肝脏纤维化程度显著相关， 能可靠地反映肝纤维化活动性和程度， 对该指标进行動态观察其变化可用于评估慢性肝病的治疗效果。
