【摘要】 目的 观察针灸结合中药辨证治疗周围性面瘫的临床效果。方法 68例周围性面瘫患者， 根据患者的临床表现进行辨证分型， 运用针灸结合中药进行辨证施治， 观察治疗效果。结果 68例患者经治疗， 痊愈59例(86.8%)， 显效7例(10.3%)， 好转2例(2.9%)， 无效0例， 总有效率为100.0%。结论 针灸结合中药治疗周围性面瘫效果显著， 值得在临床治疗中大力推广。
