循证护理服务在ICU病房中的临床应用效果分析

【摘要】目的探讨循证护理在ICU病房中应用的临床效果。方法2011年5月~2011年11月, 对本院ICU病房收治的120例急危重症患者进行随机分类, 常规护理A组60例与循证护理服务B组60例；对两组患者在感染发生率、褥疮以及气管堵塞等方面进行比较。结果感染发生率以及气管堵塞、褥疮发生率, 循证护理组明显低于常规护理组, 二组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理在降低ICU病房感染发生率、气管堵塞以及褥疮上效果显著, 值得临床应用推广。
