ONB疗法对青少年CHE患者认知功能改善的临床研究

【摘要】目的观察枕神经阻滞(ONB)治疗青少年颈源性头痛 (CHE)的效果及安全性, 并分析治疗前后患者认知功能的改善情况。方法选择近10年就诊的青少年颈源性头痛患者60例, 其中A组30例患者采用枕神经阻滞并常规药物及理疗, B组30例患者采用常规药物治疗及理疗。并在本市一中学随机抽取正常儿童30例作为对照组C组。结果在治疗后, A、B两组在认知功能及精神状况上均比治疗前有明显改善, 与C组比较, 差异有统计学意义(P<005)；A组满意度较B组好。 结论适度进行枕神经阻滞对青少年颈源性头痛有着较好的临床价值, 值得在临床上推广应用。
