【摘要】 抗肿瘤免疫以细胞免疫为主， 共刺激分子发挥了相当重要的作用。B7-CD28是激发机体抗肿瘤免疫应答的共刺激信号，由于肿瘤细胞缺乏B7分子的表达，机体抗肿瘤作用显著降低。转基因治疗后，可以使机体重新获得对肿瘤的主动免疫应答能力。
