低磁场MRI伪影的处理及图像优化方法(1)

     【摘要】 目的 了解各种不同原因产生的伪影及图像特征,选择合理的扫描参数和序例,提高和改善图像质量。方法 分析产生伪影的原因,采取相应的方法重新扫描对比。结果 分析伪影的种类归宿,可采取相应补偿技术,使图像质量能更加提高。结论 成像时有效处理伪影和优化可达到为临床应用提供较精确的影像信息的目的。

    Methods of MRI artifacts and image optimization process

    【Abstract】 Objective

    To know image artifacts and features result from kinds of causes, choosing proper scanning parameters and sequence, effectively restraining and eliminating image artifacts, enhancing and improving image quality, which will together provide more exact image information and be meaningful for clinical application. Methods Analyzed the causes of image artifacts and sort out image with artifacts by position, parameters and sequence. Rescan with appropriate methods and compare the former and the latter images, then put the optimized parameters and the method into the conventional using. Results There are several kinds of images that can be avoided, besides equipment factors and factors in the patients themselves (vascular pulsation, breath, swallowing and so on). ① Drying-induced artifacts. ② broken filament. ③ chemical fiber and far infrared clothing; herb paste formulas of Chinese drugs on patients body. Conclusion Analyzing the type of end-artifacts, taking the appropriate compensations, comparing image quality, identify artifacts features of low magnetic resonance machine, in MRI according to situation to do balance, compromise and optimization between the technical indicators, which all aim to improve the quality of image to achieve the goal that provide more exact image information and be meaningful for clinical application.
