【摘要】 目的 研究彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)观察子宫壁血流变化，在恶性滋养细胞肿瘤的诊断及评估其治疗效果中的应用价值。方法 对21例恶性滋养细胞肿瘤和对照组(正常子宫组20例)进行CDFI检测，观察子宫肌壁血流情况，并用脉冲多普勒(PW)检测病变区血流速度，测量阻力指数(RI)值。结果 恶性滋养细胞肿瘤病变区血流异常丰富，收缩期血流速度<0.8 m/s，呈现低阻力血流，RI0.36±0.05，<0.40，显著低于正常组(P<0.05)。化疗后与化疗前相比CDFI表现与RI值由低转为正常。结论 CDFI在恶性滋养细胞肿瘤诊断及疗效评估方面具有重要作用。
