【摘要】 目的 探讨MRI对肝门区肿瘤的诊断及术前评估的价值。方法 回顾性分析18 例经手术或病理证实的肝门部胆管癌的MRI与MRCP影像表现，与手术病理结果对照。结果 MRI均显示肝内胆管不同程度扩张；肝门部软组织肿块15例，门静脉受侵4例。结论 MRI一系列检查方法对肝门区肿瘤定性诊断及外科手术方案制订具有重要意义。
