【摘要】 目的 观察术前禁食禁饮时间的长短对择期人工流产术麻醉效果的影响。方法 将200例无痛人工流产妇女随机均分为两组，实验组(A组)术前禁食6~8 h,禁饮2~3 h，对照组(B组)术前禁食12 h,禁饮6 h。两组患者均在丙泊酚、布托啡诺、戊乙奎醚联合麻醉下手术。记录两组患者麻醉前(T0)、术后1 min(T1)、术后5 min(T2)、术后10 min(T3)血压(MAP)、心率(HR)、脉搏血氧饱和度(SPO2)的变化，并记录丙泊酚的用量、苏醒时间及不良反应。结果 与T0比较：A、B两组MAP、SPO2在T1点均明显下降，HR升高(P<0.05)。SPO2在T1点A组18%、B组47%患者低于95%， T2点A组5%、B组23%患者仍低于95%，组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。丙泊酚用量A组为(2.5±0.5)mg/kg，B组为(1.9±0.4)mg/kg，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。苏醒时间A组为(6.5±2.4)min，B组为(12.0±6.5)min，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 人工流产术时，术前8 h禁食固体食物、2 h禁饮，安全可行，能降低患者的不适反应，提高患者的麻醉手术耐受能力。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the safety and feasibility of shortening and traditional preoperative time of fasting and forbidding water for electivesurgerypatientsinpainlessinducedabortion.Methods 200 woman patients in painlessinducedabortion were randomly divided into two groups (n=100 each).Experimental group (group A) fasting 6~8 h and forbidding water 2~3 h before operation,Control group (group B) fasting 12 h and forbidding water 6 h before operation.
