援科护士不良心理反应与应对方式的分析(1)
【摘要】 目的 深入了解和探讨援科护士的真实心理体验,寻求促进援外护士身心健康的有效手段。方法 采用访谈的方式对14名援科护士进行为期2年的跟踪调查。结果 援科护士的不良心理反应主要体现在无归属感、工作倦怠、失落感和挫败感、焦虑和抑郁四方面。应对方式包括:超前心理准备;了解受援地风俗习惯及宗教信仰;努力培养职业情感;建立良好的人际关系;保持良好的身体状态;合理宣泄消极情绪;不断学习提高自身素质。结论 对援外护士的不良心理反应引起足够重视,加强有效的心理指导。

【Abstract】 Objective To describe real psychological experience of nurses working in the Chinese medical team.Methods Fourteen nurses who are working in the Chinese medical team in Kuwait were interviewed and followed up about two years.Results There are four negative psychological reactions:Short-belongingness;Job burnout;Losing and frustrate;Anxious and depressant.Coping styles are including:Advanced psychological preparedness;Inqurie into the religions and customs of local people;make efforts to cultivate professional emotion;To establish a good interpersonal relationship;to maintain good physical condition;reasonable and give vent to their negative emotions;continuous learning to improve their own qualities.Conclusion It is necessary to pay attention on the psychological experience of nurses working in the foreign countries and strengthen the effective guidance to them. ......
