【摘要】 目的 探讨有创机械通气治疗连枷胸合并急性肺挫伤的疗效。方法 回顾2006年1月至2009年7月连枷胸合并肺挫伤的患者18例,行呼吸机内固定治疗后分析血气分析等各种参数的变化。结果 行呼吸机内固定治疗后动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、氧合指数(PaO2/FiO2)和脉搏血氧饱和度(SpO2)均较前有明显改善(P<0.01)。本组治愈14例,治愈率77.8%。结论 有创机械通气不仅能固定连枷胸,而且可有效地治疗肺挫伤,但应注重控制机械通气时间,防治相关并发症。
