脑梗死患者偏瘫的康复训练(1)

【摘要】 目的 探讨对脑梗死偏瘫肢体在发病驰缓期、痉挛期、相对恢复期进行康复训练和心理康复,观察肢体运动能力和日常生活能力的恢复效果。方法 将140例脑梗死患者随机分为康复训练组80例,患者在发病早期进行心理康复和肢体强化康复训练。对照组60例按常规治疗,执行常规治疗护理。结果 康复训练后Barthel指数评测两组日常能力,康复训练组明显优于对照组,差异具有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论 脑梗死偏瘫患者早期进行心理治疗和康复训练是功能恢复的重要环节,有利于提高患者日常生活能力和生存质量。
