【摘要】 目的 探讨应用血浆置换技术(PE),对有效降低重症肝炎患者血中内毒素水平的研究。方法 回顾性分析15例使用血浆置换治疗的患者,随机抽取8例,计算内毒素水平的下降率。结果 经PE治疗,患者内毒素水平下降显著,临床症状明显改善。结论 PE能有效解决内科治疗无效的重症肝炎患者的内毒素血症,毒性物质积蓄等问题,改善患者内环境。
