【摘要】 目的 探讨老年人髋部骨折围手术期并发症的预防和处理方法。方法 回顾性分析本院骨科手术治疗176例老年人髋部骨折的临床资料。结果 本组术前有81.3%(143/176)患者有内科合并疾病,术后并发症共34例,发生率为19.3%。术前有无合并疾病者发生并发症比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者全部康复或好转出院,手术治疗总优良率83.5%。结论 老年人髋部骨折患者术前合并疾病较多,应根据患者具体病情,采取有效的预防方法和积极的围手术期处理,可有效降低围手术期并发症的发生率,取得良好的治疗效果。
