内镜下逆行胰胆管造影结合增强CT扫描对胰腺癌诊断价值的研究(1)

【摘要】 目的 评价经内镜逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP)结合增强CT扫描对胰腺癌的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析本院2006年10月至2009年10月收治的胰腺癌患者68例,其中33例行ERCP检查, 68例行增强CT扫描检查,并与68例体表B超(B-US)检查结果对照。结果 ERCP的诊断准确率为87.88%(29/33), 增强CT扫描为 88.24%(60/68),B-US为47.06%(32/68), ERCP结合增强CT扫描为96.97% (32/33)。ERCP诊断胰腺癌的准确率显著高于B-US,ERCP结合增强CT扫描诊断准确率明显高于单纯ERCP、增强CT扫描及B-US(均P<0.05)。结论 ERCP在胰腺癌诊断中有重要价值,必要时结合增强CT扫描可以进一步提高诊断的准确性。
