硬膜外阻滞镇痛分娩的临床观察与护理体会(1)

【摘要】 目的 观察硬膜外阻滞镇痛分娩的效果,探讨其护理体会。方法 将60例要求分娩镇痛的初产妇作为观察组,行硬膜外阻滞镇痛;无要求分娩镇痛的孕妇60例作为对照组,不用任何镇痛药。结果 两组产妇镇痛效果组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组分娩活跃期时间较对照组短,助产发生率也降低(P<0.05)。结论 硬膜外阻滞镇痛分娩效果明显,积极的护理则有助于缩短产程、降低痛苦,确保分娩质量的提高。
