【摘要】 目的 探讨高频超声对输尿管疾病的诊断价值。方法 对于输尿管病变的患者首先利用低频超声检查输尿管,然后用高频超声检查输尿管,再对两种方法所获得的超声图像进行对比分析。结果 利用高频超声检查可以弥补低频超声的部分不足,可以更清晰输尿管病变的情况,可以更清晰的显示输尿管的管壁结构层次及输尿管周围软组织的情况。结论 利用高频超声结合低频超声可以提高输尿管疾病的诊断率,可以为临床诊治提供更加可靠的信息。

    The high frequency sonographic imaging in diagnosis of the ureter lesions

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of the high frequency sonography in diagnosis of the ureterlesions. Methods Firstly, the low frequency sonography was used to inspect ureter of patients with ureter pathological change, then the high frequency sonography was used to inspect ureter.The sonography images which were obtained by the two methods were contrasted and annlyzed.Results Using the high frequency sonography inspection was possible to make up the low frequency sonography partial insufficiencies. It could show ureter pathological change situation and demonstrate ureter pipe wall structure levels and the ureter soft tissues more clearly. Conclusions The high frequency sonography combined with low frequency sonography is possible to enhance the diagnosis of ureter disease and may provide more reliable information for the clinical diagnosis. ......
