【摘要】 目的 探讨B超引导下羊膜腔穿刺术的术前、术中、术后的护理措施。方法 对224例行该手术的孕妇在术前、术中、术后各期进行相应的护理措施。结果 所有孕妇均能一次穿刺成功,无流产、感染等并发症。结论 B超引导下羊膜腔穿刺术是一种简便、安全、易行的检查方法,但细致、周到的护理是手术成功的重要保证。

    The nursing on 224 cases of amniocentesis

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore nursing care before and in and after the process that type-B ultrasonic were guiding for amniocentesis(AC).Methods 224 cases were given nursing before and in and after the process of the operation.Results All of the amniocentesis were successfully performed and there is no complications of infection or abortion.Conclusion Type-B ultrasonic were guiding for amniocentesis is a simple and safe method for prenatal diagnosis and nursing also playing an important role in the process.
