健康体检人群良性前列腺增生的调查分析(1)
【摘要】 目的 调查了解健康体检男性人群中良性前列腺增生(BPH)的患病情况。方法 调查对象为体检中心9年来(1999-2007年)所有参检的男性体检者，进行前列腺的直肠指检和腹部B超检测，并对增生程度进行分度。结果 总患病率为30.0%；<40岁患病率为1.3%；40~49岁患病率为10.7%；50~59岁患病率为39.0%；60~69岁患病率为67.7%；70~79岁患病率为72.2%；≥80岁为患病率66.7%；BPH的增生程度：60岁以前，BPH以Ⅰ度为主，60岁以后部分发展为Ⅱ度；Ⅲ度仅见于80岁以上的老人；历年的患病率有增高趋势，以2003年患病率最高。结论 BPH在老年男性这一群体中是一个非常普遍和不容忽视的现象。应该进行健康管理。【关键词】良性前列腺增生；健康；体检
