精神科护士长工作的人性化管理对策与护士健康因素分析(1)

     【摘要】 文章阐述了精神科护士长的人性化管理即一切管理均应以调动人的积极性,做好人的工作为根本。精神科护士长坚持处理好各种工作关系的原则:更新服务理念,建立良好的护患关系;识大体、顾大局,正确处理与上、下级及各职能部门之间的关系;严以律己,宽以待人,处理好与工作伙伴之间的关系。由于精神科护士职业的特定性,决定了他们工作具有较高的应激危险性。持续的应激对心身健康和工作质量有明显影响,因此了解影响精神科护理人员的应激源,掌控应对应激的方法,能有效地增强护理人员的心身健康,提高工作质量。

    【Abstract】 The article elaborates the user-friendly management of the neurology department head nurse that all management should be in the basis of arousing person’s enthusiasm and mediating among the different people. The neurology department head nurse insists the principles that deal with each kind of functional relationship:renewing service idea,establishing good relations between the nurses and the patients; knowing a thought to the general situation roughly,correctly dealing with the relationship between higher authority,subordinate and various Functional departments; being strict with themselves and lenient with others,getting along well with the work partners. As a result of the specific occupation of the neurology department nurse,it has been decided that their work has the high stressful risk. The continuous stressful risk has obviously influenced the mental and body health and even the work officiency,therefore we can strengthen the mental and body health of nursing staffs effectively and improve the work.If we understand the stress source of neurology department nursing staffs and grasp the method of dealing with the stress. ......
